These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Slides3D, including the website located at https://www.slides3d.net, related applications, features, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
Slides3D is operated by Ruslan Karimov (“Slides3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Slides3D is a web-based service that enables users to create, edit, view, publish, and share interactive 3D presentations and browser-based 3D content.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when appropriate.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us at ruslanintera@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account violates these Terms, creates security risks, or is used unlawfully.
You may choose to sign in using your Google Account. If you do, you authorize Google to provide the account information and permissions displayed on Google’s authorization screen.
You may revoke Slides3D’s access to your Google Account through Google Account security settings. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
Slides3D uses Google API data only as described in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the user-facing features that you choose to use.
You retain ownership of the content that you create, upload, or submit to the Service (“User Content”).
You grant Slides3D a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit your User Content only as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service and the features you request.
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to create, upload, use, publish, and share it through the Service.
If you choose to publish or share content, you understand that it may be viewed, copied, or redistributed by people with access to the shared link or destination, subject to the privacy settings you select.
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other materials provided by Slides3D, is owned by or licensed to Slides3D and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you in Slides3D’s intellectual property.
“Slides3D,” associated logos, and product names may not be used without our prior written permission except as allowed by applicable law.
The Service may include integrations with or links to third-party services, including Google services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, practices, availability, or policies of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about Slides3D, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or obligation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIDES3D DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT USER CONTENT WILL NEVER BE LOST, ALTERED, OR ACCESSIBLE BY UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLIDES3D AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SLIDES3D FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SLIDES3D FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) EUR 100.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slides3D and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting ruslanintera@gmail.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for Slides3D or others, or used the Service in a manner that is harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you retain the protections provided by those mandatory laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
