Privacy Policy for Slides3D

Effective date: October 1, 2026
Last updated: October 1, 2026

Slides3D (“Slides3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a web-based service for creating, editing, viewing, and sharing interactive 3D presentations and browser-based 3D content (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you when you use https://slides3d.net (including https://www.slides3d.net), related Slides3D domains (including slides3d.online and adm.slides3d.net), and the Slides3D Service.

For questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal data, contact us at: ruslanintera@gmail.com.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

We may collect information that you provide directly when you create an account, contact us, or use the Service, including:

Information collected through Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Slides3D requests only the OAuth scopes openid and email. We receive from Google only the data needed to authenticate you and create or link your Slides3D account: typically your Google account subject identifier (openid) and your email address.

We do not request the Google profile scope. We do not claim or rely on access to your Google profile image, given name, or family name from Google Sign-In.

Slides3D uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate you and link your Google Account to your Slides3D account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, YouTube, contacts, or other Google account content.

We do not receive your Google password. Your use of Google sign-in is also governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Automatically collected information

When you access the Service, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service, including:

We do not use third-party advertising or marketing analytics products on the Slides3D Service as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information only as necessary to operate and improve the Service, including to:

We do not sell personal information.

3. Google User Data: Access, Use, Store, Share, Deletion, and Limited Use

This section describes how Slides3D handles Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In. Slides3D’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What Google user data we access

With your authorization on Google’s consent screen, we access only:

We do not access Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, contacts, YouTube data, or Google profile photos through Google APIs.

What Google user data we use

We use Google user data solely to:

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.

What Google user data we store

We store the Google openid subject identifier and email address associated with your Slides3D account in our application database (see Service Providers below), together with account metadata needed to operate the Service (for example, account creation time and authentication state). We do not store your Google password.

What Google user data we share

We do not sell Google user data. We share Google user data only:

We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when necessary to: provide or improve a feature that you have requested; investigate a security incident, fraud, abuse, or technical problem; comply with applicable law; conduct an internal operation necessary for the Service and permitted under Limited Use; or obtain your explicit consent.

Deletion of Google user data

You may request deletion of your Slides3D account and associated personal data, including Google user data stored by Slides3D, by:

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information and associated content within 30 days, except where retention is necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legitimate operational purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited additional period before being deleted or overwritten.

You may also revoke Slides3D’s access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future Google Sign-In access but does not automatically delete data already stored in your Slides3D account — use the Data Deletion process above for that.

Limited Use

Slides3D’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the Slides3D Service that are prominently disclosed and requested by the user.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information only in the following circumstances:

We do not sell personal information or Google user data to third parties.

5. Service Providers (Processors)

Slides3D uses the following real infrastructure providers to operate the Service:

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Service. They are not used as advertising networks. We do not claim use of Google Drive, Gmail APIs, or third-party ad analytics as processors for Slides3D Sign-In.

6. AI and Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (AI NCII)

Slides3D is not designed or intended to create, generate, distribute, promote, or facilitate non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (“AI NCII”).

We do not use Google user data, or personal information collected through the Service, to create, generate, or facilitate AI NCII. Use of the Service for AI NCII is prohibited under our Terms of Service. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or report activity where we reasonably believe it involves AI NCII or other prohibited intimate or exploitative imagery.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include encrypted connections using HTTPS, access controls, authentication, logging, and limited access to production systems.

Account and content data are stored with our processors (Hetzner hosting and Supabase database/auth/storage as used). No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

Account information and user content are generally retained while your account is active. Deletion timelines after an account deletion request are described in the “Deletion of Google user data” subsection above and on our Data Deletion page.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or to request a copy of your information.

To delete your account and associated data, see https://slides3d.net/data-deletion/ or contact ruslanintera@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.”

If you connected a Google Account, you may revoke Slides3D’s access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, remember session preferences, and protect against abuse.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the availability or functionality of the Service.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you live. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, or the minimum age required in the user’s jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at ruslanintera@gmail.com, and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete the information where required.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice through the Service or by email.
